To help convert the data to information that can be acted upon in a strategic manner, MTRiP principals and senior analysts are available for consultation to assist with the interpretation and application of MTRiP-produced reports, maximizing the value of subscribers’ market data. Services vary from simple narrative summaries with situation-specific interpretation, to custom research queries from the MTRiP master database.
  • Executive Summaries: accompany monthly reporting and provide a brief narrative summary of key metrics and findings for quick and easy assessment.
  • Expert Interpretation: MTRiP analysts are available to assess and interpret reports and help subscribers move data to information to knowledge and to results.
  • Presentations and workshops: MTRiP's founder and director, Ralf Garrison, offers presentations and workshops based on MTRiP data for destinations and corporations that plan to convert data into strategic applications.
Services are provide on a consulting basis and priced depending on time and materials, calculated on a project basis, or included in the overall research package.

Custom Reports : As MTRiP’s dataset grows more comprehensive, so does its ability to offer custom reports and market-specific evaluations. Examples follow

  • Transient Bed Base Inventory Reports : track the quantity and type of short-term lodging inventory, often further detailed by unit type, ownership method ( ie hotel, condo, fractional), etc.
  • Group/Conference Reports : track reservation-related activity of the group market segment at an individual property or collectively, through a cooperative Resort Hub.
Channel Reports : segregate business by source. For example, MTRIP creates a full set of reservation activity reports for C.R.A.D.R., the central reservations association, and allowing for the understanding and further assessment of this business channel in the process.
